- In April, a law will come into force, according to which participants in the special operation and people who performed combat missions in the DPR, LPR and Ukraine will be recognized as veterans and invalids of hostilities. Participants in the special operation will be able to enjoy tax benefits and receive increased pension benefits, including pensions for years of service.
- On March 26, the law on the abolition of personal income tax on interest on deposits came into force. Interest income tax will not be levied on payments received in 2021-2022.
- The cadastral value for the calculation of property and land tax for individuals will remain the same. The value will be fixed at the level of January 1, 2022.
- The luxury tax threshold will be increased. Now cars worth more than 10 million rubles, bought from January 1, will fall under it. Previously, the corresponding tax was levied on cars worth 3 million rubles.
- From April 1, social pensions will also be indexed. The amount of payments will increase by 8.6%.
