The mother of supermodel Natalia Vodyanova told how much effort she had to make to win the heart of her daughter’s husband Antoine Arnault. A sophisticated Frenchman, the son of one of the richest people on the planet once came to Nizhny Novgorod to meet his mother-in-law. Fortunately, the prejudices of Anuan Arno apply only to Russian cuisine. The billionaire is delighted with Russian culture, music and painting. And he even made an offer to Natalia in Russian. On Vodyanova’s birthday, Arno gave her a diamond ring, knelt down and said in Russian, “Marry me.” They registered their relationship in September 2020. The bride and groom signed in the Paris City Hall in the presence of Mayor Anne Hidalgo.
The couple has been dating since 2011, they have two children together. In addition, Antoine is raising Natalia’s three children from her previous marriage to British Lord Justin Portman. The Arno family owns the most luxurious company on the planet – the Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy fashion empire.
Antoine first saw Natalia in 2008, when she was married to British Lord Justin Portman. Arno then headed the communications department of the fashion house Louis Vuitton, and Vodyanova starred in an advertising campaign for this brand.
