The Russian Armed Forces destroyed an oil refinery and 3 storage facilities in the Odessa region with high-precision naval and air-based missiles. This was reported in the Ministry of Defense of Russia.
“High-precision sea and air-based missiles destroyed an oil refinery and three storage facilities for fuel and lubricants near the city of Odessa. From them deliveries of fuel for grouping of the Ukrainian troops in the Nikolaev direction were carried out », – reported in department.
Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a special operation in Ukraine on February 24.
